Background: Ann Marie earned her bachelor's degree in magazine journalism from Syracuse University and worked in the field of public relations before joining the Canisius College admissions staff in November 1998.  She earned her master's degree from Canisius in College Student Personnel Administration in 2004, and shortly thereafter became the Director of Admissions.
Fun Fact: Ann Marie's favorite college memory is the semester she spent abroad in London, England in 1996.  She hopes to return there with her husband and son in the near future.

Background: Mark attended Lancaster High School and graduated in 1989. He then went on to obtain a B.A. in Communications and Business from Slippery Rock University in 1994. In 2004, Mark graduated from Buffalo State College with his M.S. in History. Mark joined the admissions team at Canisius in August 2004.
Fun Fact: Mark has traveled all over the world, visiting 18 different countries!

Background: Ellen graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a B.A. in History in 1998; and in May 2006 she earned an M.S. in College Student Personnel Administration from Canisius College. She began in the Office of Admissions as a graduate assistant in August 2004 and officially joined the team in March 2006.
Fun Fact: Ellen says she has no fun fact, so we'll add one for her. Ellen has by far the best laugh in the office!

Fun Fact: Rhonda enjoys traveling, cooking, art museums, and spending time with her family. She has traveled most of the Caribbean Islands and to 38 states-her goal is to finish have all the states visited by 2025!

Background: Valerie graduated from Stamford Central School in 2000 and then spent a year abroad as a Rotary International Exchange Student. Background: Kelly is a graduate of City Honors High School and earned her B.S. in Business, Management and Economics from Empire State College and her M.S. in College Student Personnel Administration from Canisius College. Growing up in the Canisius neighborhood greatly influenced her decision to leave her profession as a paralegal and pursue a career in higher education. Kelly joined the Admissions team in January 2008.
Fun Fact: Kelly is a member of Sigma Iota Sigma Multicultural Sorority, Inc. and is an avid Nintendo DS player.

Background: Amanda attended Troy Senior High School and graduated in 2003.  She graduated from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY in 2007 with a B.S. in Psychology.  She is currently working on her Masters of Education in Mental Health Counseling at Canisius.  Amanda began in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions as a graduate assistant in September 2007 and joined the Admissions team full-time in August 2008.
Fun Fact: Amanda is a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and goes to at least 4 games a season.
