The Offices of Public Relations, Creative Services and Web Services offer a wide variety of services to college faculty and staff to promote events on campus. We can best help you promote your upcoming event if you follow the guidelines below. 

Because of the increased demand for promotional services on campus, we ask our clients to plan on at least five weeks lead time for lecture and event promotion. Our offices will create news releases and media alerts, posters, flyers, programs, advertisements and brochures. To serve you most effectively, we will need a few things:
  • Poster, flyer, brochure, program or ad copy via e-mail or other electronic media
  • Biography of lecturer/artist and description of event
  • Photo of featured lecturer or artist
  • Completed job request form with budget and line numbers and quantities requested.
Public relations services (news releases, media alerts and Web site publishing) are provided at no cost to you. There is a small charge for creative services plus your print costs. As we begin your promotion, it is always helpful for us to know what your budget will allow. Following are some standard printing prices for promotional materials. These prices may vary based on quantities, paper selections and use of color. 

500 flyers (black ink) $26.40 (one side), $35.09 (two sides) 

Six 11x17 posters in full color $6.60, or in black ink $4.00 (Mounting on black boards is extra)

Programs: 8.5x11, one sheet printed two sides, black ink, folded in half
